  Had time to eat when I got there. Service was so slow and poor( it took 4 workers to get the order right) that I ran out of time and had to leave with take out. Will be a long time before I eat there again if I ever do.

  My names Robert I'm from Florida and I had the worst experience at Arby's the guy in the window at drive through tried to fight me through the window and I did the survey but I put the wrong store number in the survey and it came to this restaurant, the store manager of this location calls me and tells me to explain what happened so I'm telling her everything and she's like wait are you sure your talking about my store in West Virginia and I'm like oh my gosh I put the survey in for the wrong store and she was still so concerned for my experience at Arby's in Florida she was so professional and very very very very kind THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE , she even gave me a gift card and sent it in the mail to me!! AWESOME AWESOME LOCATION too bad I'm not in Virginia I live in Florida but I can tell this is a great place the general manager is NORMA and they need to keep her hands down I'm so happy, she made me want to go to Arby's again because as a first time customer to deal with the drive through guy trying to fight me through the window would never make anyone want to come back but she's totally changed my mind
