  I wish I could give this restaurant less then one star. I was in here the other morning with my family and my grandmother got up to get herself some coffee. Mind you she's 78 years of age. She didn't know she wasn't supposed to do this. One of the managers that had dark hair told her to sit down hatefully not once but twice and that she would get her a drink. This behavior was really out of the way and to say it so rudely my mother felt embarrassed and wanted to leave. The buffet wasn't worth the 63 something dollars we spent either. The salad bar was warm and the breakfast eggs were cold. I am disgusted with this place and the management that they have. Who knows maybe she was having a bad morning but still you can't treat paying customers this way. It's a buffet so for all we knew we did get our own drinks. The waitress we had was knew and she was very upset because apparently she was going to be punished for my mother getting up. How is that her fault? The owner of this place needs to take control. After seeing my mother upset and this poor waitress upset because she was going to be punished we left. I won't be back.

  The other night me and my grandma came here to eat. Excellent food, especially the meats. However, when my grandmother went and got herself a refill while our waitress was busy, the waitress had the nerve to come and try to make my poor 60 yr old grandma feel guilty for getting her own drink, as she would be punished with less hours. It worked and she felt bad all evening. I couldn't convince her to not leave a tip unfortunately. This is a very small splotch on a very good establishment however, as this is the first time I've had any complaints in the past decade of eating here.
